Koho Genkun

Koho Genkun was a Rinzai Zen master who contributed to the tradition's institutional and spiritual life in Japan. He maintained the school's rigorous approach to koan practice and the cultivation of genuine insight through the progressive deepening of understanding that characterizes the Rinzai training path.
