Moku Myō

Moku Myō
Dates uncertain
Huguette Moku Myō Siréjol is a French Sōtō Zen nun and dharma heir of Roland Yuno Rech, senior teacher at the Dōjō Zen de Toulouse[1][2]. She began zazen at the Toulouse dōjō in 1985, received the bodhisattva precepts in 1987, and was ordained a nun in 1994 by Stéphane Kōsen Thibaut — one of Deshimaru's three 1984-shihō heirs — placing her originally in the Kosen sub-lineage of the AZI[2][3]. Since 2015 she has been a disciple of Roland Yuno Rech, and on 28 November 2021 she performed the hossen-shiki ceremony at Yuno Rech's Gyobutsuji temple in Nice[2].
In the summer of 2022 Siréjol received shihō from Roland Yuno Rech at La Gendronnière, formally entering his lineage of successors[1][2]. She continues to teach at the Toulouse dōjō, leads zazen days and sesshin across Occitanie, and is also the senior local instructor for kesa sewing and for Dō-in / shiatsu — two body-and-fabric disciplines she integrates into her preparation of new ordinands[2][3].
