Dates uncertain
Sergio Gyō Hō Gurevich is a Sōtō Zen monk and dharma heir of Roland Yuno Rech, currently teaching at the Dōjō Zen de Paris-Tolbiac[1][2][3]. He began Zen practice in 1993, received the bodhisattva precepts in 1996, and was ordained a monk in 1998 — all under Yuno Rech in the AZI network — and for many years was responsible both for the dōjō in Neuilly-sur-Seine and for the Sitges-Garraf zazen group in Catalonia, which he founded[2][3].
In August 2023 Gurevich received shihō from Roland Yuno Rech at La Gendronnière[1][2][3]. Since then he has consolidated his teaching at the Dōjō Zen de Paris-Tolbiac, the principal AZI dōjō in southern Paris, where he leads regular zazenkai and contributes to the dōjō's teaching council; he is also a regular contributor to the ABZE web archive of teisho and kusen[2][3].
